Meet Our Staff and Family Doctor in Belvidere, IL

Dr. Lucietto-Sieradzki spent the first years of her career using skills she gained through her Bachelor of Science in Materials Science Engineering from Northwestern University in 1989. She then followed her passion and graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. She focused on family medicine and completed training at St. Francis Hospital and Ravenswood-Illinois Masonic Hospital in the Chicago area.

As a board-certified family physician, she began caring for under-served patients in 2001. She was inspired to open Your Family Doctor in 2005 to provide high-quality, personalized care.

Dr. Lucietto has practiced throughout the region and is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Louisiana. She became certified in homeopathic medicine in 2015 as part of her dedication to lifelong learning. 

Dr. Lucietto is dedicated to providing the proper healthcare services to address her patients’ concerns. She never stops seeking solutions and is ready to call on specialists if needed. She has privileges at Swedish American Hospital, OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, and Beloit Memorial Hospital, and works part-time at Rosecrance substance abuse center. Dr. Lucietto also volunteers as the ring-side doctor for the Patriots Boxing Club.

If you know anything about modern health care services, you know that nurse practitioners and physician assistants now handle many of the duties doctors previously provided. We may give you an appointment with our certified nurse practitioner when you call our clinic. Scheduling you as soon as possible is our goal.
